- Who We Are
Bekee is a Nigerian restaurant based in Kigali Rwanda. We offer Nigerian food:
- Dine-in meals
- Plate & Bowls delivery
- Catering for events
- Sale of packaged foodstuffs (e.g. spices, flours, Nigerian ingredients)
- Menu & Pricing: All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Availability of items may change without notice. Photos used on menus or ads are for illustration only.
- Ordering & Payment
Dine-In: Walk-ins are welcome. Groups of 6+ should book ahead.
No outside food or drinks allowed.
Accepted methods: MoMo (MTN Mobile Money), Card, or Cash
Plate & Bowls Delivery: Order via our website, our Google Page, WhatsApp, or delivery platforms. Payment validates order. Without confirmed payment, we can’t process order.

Delivery within Kigali typically takes 30–60 minutes. Delivery charges may vary by area.
No minimum order required.
Catering & Events: Book at least 72 hours in advance. Final menu and guest count must be shared 48 hours prior. 50% deposit confirms the booking, and the balance is due 24 hours before the event.
Foodstuffs: Sold in-store or via delivery. All sales depend on availability. Prices may change without prior notice. Ingredients and expiry dates are clearly labeled. No returns on open or perishable items. Wholesale orders require 50% upfront payment.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Dine-In & Delivery: No cancellations once food is prepared. If delivery exceeds 90 minutes, a partial refund or credit may apply.
Catering: Cancel more than 48 hours ahead: Deposit refunded. Cancel within 48 hours: No refund.
Foodstuffs: No refunds on open, used, or perishable goods. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, report it within 24 hours for review.
- Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and order info. Treat our team and other guests with respect. You’re liable for any damage caused to our property.
- Allergens & Special Diets
Our meals and packaged products may contain nuts, seafood, dairy, or gluten. We can’t guarantee allergen-free meals. Always notify us of any allergies before ordering.
- Privacy Policy
- We collect your name, phone, email, and order history to provide better service.
- Your data is stored securely and shared only with delivery or payment partners.
- We comply with Rwanda’s Data Protection and Privacy Law (2021).
- We never sell or misuse your data.
- Intellectual Property: You may not copy or reuse images, branding, packaging, and text materials from our website or physical locations without permission.
- Limitation of Liability: We’re not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party issues
- Reactions to undisclosed allergens
- Food quality after pickup or delivery
- Improper use or storage of purchased foodstuffs
- Terms Updates: We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted online and sent via our official communication channels to the public and our registered customers.
